Andrew Garfield Suggests Boyfriend for Spiderman

For me, I see very little about what this would actually do to improve the quality of the movies or story.

I don't see these movies for the romance stories, I see them for action, I'm sure some people would love to see this, and just as many would be upset by it, but I genuinely think it would change very little for the movie itself, so I'm kind of indifferent towards it. I hope they don't sit around thinking too much about the romance stories in these movies, as they generally just boil down to the hero saving the person he loves, the gender is kind of irrelevant to me.

Now if he suggested something like Carnage being the next villain...

Same here. It's not a romance movie, it's a Spider-man movie. Honestly, the only reason I don't want this is because there'd be less boobs.
