1. Both of those skin tones never were available in GMS
2. Hair of the male never was in gMS either, Females hair might have been available at some point but not atm.
3. Male face should be in gMS, as for the female face, I think only Androids (Princessoids?) can get that face as of now.
I stand corrected though.
