Final Attack has animations again

Yes, DB's have it and so do Hayato, even though that class was added long after FA animations were gone.
I am really having a hard time understanding how this bug came to be. Nexon's really creative when it comes to messing up.

The Final Attack actions are still attached to the tag or skill (whichever it is). So the "how the heck?" factor is toned down a bit for me.
