This is my first week off since I started working out from basically zero muscles in late April. Current progress (completed):
Squat - 5 x 5 @ 125 lb
Bench - 5 x 5 @ 115 lb
OP - 5 x 5 @ 70 lb
Deadlift - 3 x 5 @ 145 lb
PR - 5 x 5 @ 95 lb
Chin up - 3 x 5
Curl - 5 x 5 @ 52.5 lb
Checking back in a month or so.
