If you open the events tab in game, you'll see the Absolute Ring event near the bottom. Hovering over the Absolute Ring shows that it is a One-of-a-Kind item (same as other Evo Rings) and has 18 all stat, 15 atk.
Why get an Absolute Ring then if Evo Rings are same stats?
