Really now. (Unless they mean they ONLY added 100+ beam whips and not every other 100+ weapon, in which case they should really only add reverse/timeless and up.)
English is ambiguous, but I would tend to think that the "Xenon" applies to both the mastery books and the weapons. Still, pretty sure ordinary level 100 and 110 whip blades don't pass the "worth over 1k nx" test.
