You don't have to include images. It would be nice if you did if you are trying to explain something that may need a real life reference (for example...say you want to make a chinchilla-like monster, then you would attach an image of a chinchilla for reference - even if the monster itself would not be a chinchilla exactly).

But yea, pure-text is fine if you are a very descriptive writer.

You can using existing monsters/NPCs or design new ones.

awwright, one last thing though, as my flag implies, i'm not from the U.S.A. (still from america) would that make me unable to participate, unable to just win the top prizes (aim for the top!), or it wouldn't be a problem?
