I had gached around 200 tickets not that long ago (all between 1-2 months ago) and didn't recieve the nose even though it had a high gach rate (this was my only reason for gaching!). Maybe it wasn't working for that time period, but I am glad it is there now. I am hesitate to try my luck again though.
