They could just make an option for crafting random nebulites. Or maybe they could make Alchemists craft scrolls while Jewelists craft pouches. There are plenty of ways to make it work, the GMS devs just need to be the slightest bit creative. Hell, they might even change their mind and add additional options in just for the sake of making the professions the same as their KMS counterparts, it's not like anyone's gone and said "We will absolutely never release additional options ever."
