Yeah, I got that from La Tale; nearly every town has clothes like that based on the town's theme, e.g. the Japan-themed town has yukata and geta (wooden slippers).
Style box items already accomplish that on some level, with Perma NX items, and the less popular ones (like Gas Masks and Twinkling Boy Hat for example) showing up for as low as ~60m-70m on Khaini (which is quite cheap).
Many other things are still vastly overpriced though, and I'm glad to see a reduction in prices, even if you have to work towards it.
