So what would this mean for a non-citizen in a same-sex relationship with a citizen? Rolleyes I was looking it up and it says it applies to US citizenship as well, but does that mean one can be recognized as a citizen without regards to location if they're in a same-sex marriage? That's what I'm hoping it means, but I'm stupid when it comes to this stuff. Sad
