yea, but we all know how we can't put it past them either way! they already forced people to recube their shields (although i don't think too many people mind that haha)
also, if they suddenly added a 4th tier to 140+, i think the only ones affected would be those that don't use 140 gear, remember when VIP weapons had their potentials lowered? i think the same would happen here, but in reverse.
