uhh what, according to the dictionary:

you aren't buying chances to win a prize here though, you are getting a prize, 3 of them in fact, every time you spin.
so if anything nexon doesn't know what a raffle is, you do get promised 3 prizes every time, whether you like them or not doesn't make this an illegal gamble.
so i'm still not seeing how this is gambling, all i see is nexon not knowing that in raffles not everyone wins.
