Surveys don't give free Gachapon. Surveys are "volunteered" labor that allows one to "earn" NX points because of the various companies that are in contract that give a fractional payment to Nexon.
Surveys are advertised as a free method to get NX, which is an alternative method that does not cost money, therefore is not exclusive to purchase. Even though that point is moot to begin with as NX is not equivalent to money, and is not viewed by any law as such, including texas.
