Nx is not money, it reflects no value. You're paying 25 dollars to own credit within the game, it's merely easier to manage by making it 1k to 1 dollar. That is a management policy, not a value policy. The law does not see 1 dollar equaling 1000 nx points, just that you're paying $25 to gain a private company credit that is determined specifically by them. You could pay 25 dollars and get 100 nx, that determination is simply done by them. That credit gives you access to exclusive content, that isn't specific to gambling, in fact the options of how to spend the credit is so broad that it can't be proven nor considered.

You do realize there was a case about this like 6 months to a year ago, and they couldn't prove squat?
