Morello said they're looking into Jayce since he's powerful so they said something about a nerf in his Q and such. I hope he doesn't get too wrecked though.

Think what was kinda op about jayce was that he had pretty low cds and tons of spells, so them putting flat CD's on his spells should put him in his place. I'll miss spamming Q/E all day though. Might kill mid jayce for me.[/COLOR]
