Well all you need to do is save it till he tries to attack you, it's not like you're going to be dueling as a malphite. If he Q's you and aa's you, just E him and Q, slap and walk away, easy. Eventually when malph's big enough with hp, armor, and a bigger shield from his hp he can do this more.
