Pikachus Thunder has such a ridiculous delay, along with the sound effect making it so easy to predict, there is no chance of it getting nerfed.
That video having the pikachu resort to spamming its neutral B when it came to sudden death should tell you all you need to know on how bad the person playing Pikachu was.
Kirbys is even more hilariously useless given how open it leaves him when the attack inevitably misses, you're virtually guarenteed to be grabbed, if not worse.
