With just a normal party of a pair of 200s, it seems that the party bonus is only counting for the base exp. If this is true for a party zone, then there will be significant exp loss there.
EDIT - Bad news confirmed. The party bonus (both inside or outside of a Party Zone) does NOT calculate on the bonus line. It only counts the base line. This is a significant loss of exp in Party Zones.
I still could go from 200-203 in ~3 hours at future perion golems so i think it is warranted.
