In her defense I'm going to guess she just didn't know. The char stats window still shows additive PDR Ignore, and I doubt anyone at Nexon America actually went into the code to check how the calculations changed.
Or perhaps that's what NexonAM was originally briefed on, but mother Korea decided to change it at the last minute.
If there's one thing that never changes in this game, it's the fact that nothing stays the same. If it hasn't been patched into the game, don't count on it. If it has been patched into the game, don't expect it to stay forever.
