EXP doesn't stack as high, all multipliers are based on your base EXP rather than your base EXP and each other. It's probably better to just do a bunch of examples
Base EXP: 100%
Mercedes Link (Level 2): 15% * 100% = 15%
EXP Pot: 10% * 100% = 10%
Pendant of Spirit: 30% * 100% = 30%
145% EXP
with a 2x Event, before it'd be
Base EXP: 100% * 2 (Event) = 200%
Mercedes Link (Level 2) = 15% * (200%) = 30%
EXP Pot = 10% * (200%) = 20%
Pendant of Spirit = 30% * (200%) = 60%
310% EXP total
now it'd be like
Base EXP: 100%
Event 2x EXP: 100%
Mercedes Link (Level 2) = 15% * (100%) = 15%
EXP Pot = 10% * (100%) = 10%
Pendant of Spirit = 30% * (100%) = 30%
which is 255%
And using a card would be +100% based on your base EXP, so 2x Card + Event would probably be 300% (100% Base + 100% Event + 100% Card) (3x) EXP instead of 4x (100% Base * 2 (Event) * 2 (Card)) EXP, but I'm not sure, haven't tested it.
Also, HS, forgot about that, would be on a seperate line as well (so for example, the 10% EXP Pot would just give you +10% of the 100% base, rather than +10% of the 150% EXP you'd be getting base, because of HS, or +15% EXP), so none of the others would include HS in their values.
Party Play EXP is the same, so this makes Party Play (Stronghold, Future Perion, Monster Park), suffer pretty hard during 2x events, in that the increase would be much smaller compared to what it used to be. Just doing a basic example, because I'm pretty sure these values are a bit off, you get like 100% + 250% + whatever the normal party bonus is, I keep forgetting, which we'll just say is 350% total (I think it's actually like 380%?), before 2x, would give you like 700% EXP, now it'd be 100% + 100% + 250%, or 450% EXP
