I'm sorry to be that guy. I'm sorry to be the one to point out that this is going to make a lot of newer players, or old players who were content with the EXP gains, want to quit. I'm sorry to notice that there is an extreme lack of EXP gain in trying to get to 160.
But seriously, they need to know, because if they DON'T, they won't change anything.
They are going to find the backlash regardless of you telling them so or not. Mentioning her without having a serious issue to be fixed or something actually worth bothering her for is very selfish and rude.
