Cube a durability RA Equip?

So I got a lvl 100 warrior helm with the 100% rank increase. I'm wondering if it's worth it to cube it and scroll it, I know about the repair kits in RA and that the equips have long durability for classes like Paladins spamming blast, I haven't tried in my main Aran. I always wanted a tradeable Helm with good potential for all my warriors but I don't know if my Aran or Kaiser will break it as fast as Bowmasters with their durability bows.

Also, what's the best cubing option for this kind of items beside normal cube to unique and one cube to legendary. But the one to get the best %stats. (I really never cubed before except for my 12% tempest ring).

From personal experience with those items, i actually just wait until i get the ra cube that can go to unique. Just use those until its unique, then 1 legendary cube. It means time, but if u have multiple chars that can solo ra, it wont be that long
