Super Smash Bros. Wii U and 3DS Discussion

I hope all or most of the characters are immediately unlocked, unlike how it was in Brawl (Where you had to unlock them through Subspace.).

I was wondering, what are generally agreed to be the best and worst characters in Brawl?
