I would say chances are high for mewtwo coming back, given the new movie/game etc. He is sort of the poster pokemon again. It would be cool if he was updated with a Zelda style move set and could turn into his hew form or be his original.
I hope they cut a few out like falco wolf etc. I know they are all unique when you get down to the fine details of their moves but not enough for my liking. Just like they got rid of Pichu. Also if you bring back Mewtwo you don't need Lucario either.
