I think it has something to do with replacing, instead of adding critical rate if they use the cr variable.

The new Bowmaster skill... is it hard-coded to be linked to Hurricane and/or Arrow Platter? It appears to be called "Time of Storm", although IMO "Storm of Time" sounds nicer.

edit: I'm also quite happy that they're boosting maxcritdmg. Makes criticals have a larger weight in your DPS.

I'm willing to bet they're changing the Snipe - Bonus Attack to Snipe - Ignore Guard next patch, seeing how they reduced Snipe's defense ignore by 20%.
I think they had some other person rewrite the description for Arrow Blaster and they wrote Platter instead of Blaster. Hurricane in Korean is called Storm of Arrows/Storm Arrow, and for some reason, Google Translate likes to spit that out as Storm of Time/Storm Time.
It states that it's possible to use it during/with Hurricane, though I'm not sure if this means you can push the key while using Hurricane and it sets up a turret, or you use Hurricane while the turret is up and the damage changes. Check the game play videos.
