marginal ? where you read it was marginal? they said skills wouild change charged as much as changed damage , range , and number of targets , so yeah
In fact I was praying the "revamp" wouldn't remove laser , or lower numbers altogethers , because bucc is FINE damage-wise, his weakness was mobility which was sure we would get with mainstreamed FJ
