A couple hours after the event finished I logged onto one character, and the tickets (800NX worth) expired, I didn't get the points for that character. (That account only got 5700 instead of expected 6500)
A day or two later I accidentally logged onto another character, and 2300NX worth of tickets expired, but I still got the points from them.
If I were to hazard a guess, the tickets expired on 16 dec 0:00, that is the midnight between 15 and 16, and the server calculated the prizes on the midnight between 16 and 17.
This may be related to the event ending a day early - someone misunderstood "December 16, midnight" and typed "December 16 0:00"
Unfortunately, the person managing the prizes part had better grasp of calendar/clock and so the server checked for them on "December 16, 24:00"="December 17, 0:00".
I didn't participate in the roll call event, because I never log in for 1-2 days after a patch. This is in case Nexon's brilliant security team decides that using Lucky7 is now an exploit(exploiting broken damage formula) and auto-bans all assassins or some other thing like that; I'd rather read about it on the forums than have it happen to me.
So, another question to add.
