This is SPECULATION. Nothing more. But I think we're getting the unlimited HP values on bosses. Along with the exped and timer changes. This is from the teaser site with screenshots, in the DA section;

There's also Shinsoo summoned too, so the Empress in that pic is certainly different from the one we have now. (right now she summons starting at 70% health)
