Magnus has been out for about 6 months(hahaha it just so happens that today is the day it came out last december!), you can clear it once a week. If it's anything like normal magnus, on average, you get seven coins.
That's about a maximum of 168-175ish coins.
Oh, yea with the magnus coins yes definitely a item gen. I just wouldn't put it past him to also hack the chaos RA bosses as well.
