Considering that they jump on, attack repeatedly and then jump off, it definitely looks like a keydown skill, akin to Mechanic's siege mode.

Unsure of where this would actually be useful though. it's way slower than Rapid Fire. Maybe it's useful for places like Dimension Invade?
