1) Get a crap load more masteries. Fill it up to 20.
2) Don't Riven first over the opponent. Only pick her when the enemy top has chosen, and you know you can crush him.
3) Don't play Quinn. I know she can be good top but you can't trust your OWN team to not choose 4 other squishies. I've noticed in all of your games there's usually only 1 tank and 4 squishies. This spells disaster.
4) Hell learn more tanky champions top. Riven and Quinn can't contribute to teamfights much other than pure damage, which doesn't work since apparently you're not crushing their top enough to carry hard enough.
5) Learn all the roles adequately. There's always the last pick idiot who doesn't know how to play X role, and it's usually better just to leave top to them than let them play support or jungle or whatever.
