Not 100 percent sure if this will happen but

One of the main pushes for this is to give all players the ability to have an increase in stats / damage, bridging the gap between those who spent NX and not. As stated before, Nexon has no plans to release S Rank Nebulites into the game, so this is a half-way compromise to allow players to somewhat experience it.

I'm aware, but this is not the way to do it. To me, this looks like a nerf to the current system and will more than likely just cause people to stop using Nebulites entirely.

I don't care about getting responses. I was just giving my opinion.
