Yeah, the whole idea seems genuinely terrible.
Stats increasing as durability decreases? pointless. that's a frustrating feature tacked on for no reason
Nebulites exploding and "harming" the item? even more ridiculous. it basically makes Nebulites into temporary enchantments that blow up your items when their duration runs out.
Nebulite Fragments, only being able to create 2 D-Rank nebulites a day? far too restrictive. All of the anti-botting features affect players more than botters, we don't need another one. Botters would still be at an advantage regardless.
Not a very well thought out idea to be honest.
It would be fucking frustrating to keep having to stop mid-fight to check the durability on your nebulite items (every single one of them, all likely to be at different percentages) It's bad enough having to rebuff constantly.
Also, what can you do to prevent an item from exploding? other than buying the cash shop items?
