Now if he can actually get them to change it to this, I would be a happy camper.

Best one I've seen so far. I really like the reimplementation of the EXP percentage. Waltzing to the rescue! Although, this is pretty much exactly what KMS has in widescreen mode. I feel like we're just beating around the bush a bit.
