A 10m damage cap is 10 times what we have now, that is actually pretty good.

It's not enough to kill HM Magnus, most likely not enough for CVellum, but it's probably enough for full parties to kill the other three chaos RA.

Yeah, it's better than what we have, but it's not enough for some of the bosses we have.. the ones that drop the most sought after gear

edit: okay maybe it's enough to kill HM Magnus but it'd have to be a very specific squad; getting a full group competent enough, all with Fafnirs, doing constant cap will be the hard part.
