Pink Been is strong to: Holy, Fire, Ice, and "P"
Assuming it's resistant to Poison, and that "P" is physical, Lightning would be the most powerful attack. :/

Now how is physical define? Is it neutral damage, or anything but a spell? If it's non-spell attacks, Paladins got owned with this. 25%* damage from three of the four charges? ._.

*Well, 31.25% of their damage range. 25% isn't adding in the Charge's bonus damage
