Well, I was told it was worth that much by my alliance members that helped me make/clean slate it. Told it was worth 6 at min, 8 at max. I honestly am not sure of the market at the moment, this is just what I was told. :/
Edit: My bad, just told 6-8 what was spent on it, it's worth about 3.
