Game of Thrones season 3 - A Storm of Swords

As expected, this episode emotionally raped me and I knew what was going to happen.

 things that bothered me

-Robb's wife getting stabbed was so brutal, I had no idea how they were going to kill her because she was not at the wedding in the books.
-Also bothered by the fact that the musicians could play fairly well. Although I am glad that the directors did not make it overly obvious, I would have liked things to have followed the book's Red Wedding more closely.
-I wish they would have made it seem that Arya died or was at least left it more clouded in suspense. The books really made it seem like she had been killed. Imo, they should have ended the episode with the Hound riding her down and knocking her out with something.
-No Greatjon wrecking pomegranate or getting hammered. He was such a prevalent character in Season 2 and it seems he has been completely replaced by Bolton.
