Gms wise, assuming we don't get a changed defense ignore, 70% ignore during sacrifice with impale.
Of course lamancha sucks so hard, being the coolest skill we got, along with reincarnation (which also sucks hard)
Wouldnt one be able to use revenge or beholder by casting beholder, waiting 90 secs, then using sacrificegungnir spam, then recasting at it's end? Although i think that's exactly what you wrote somewhere up there
