The problem is that it shouldn't have been Indigo 'accents' it should have gone full Indigo.
Normally when you hit 4th job, whatever color your currently had as your main color should have stayed. You would instead gain the gold secondary color.
GMS decided to make the 'Premium Black' default for 4th jobbers, but by doing so it messed with the function of the main color changing coupons, as well as the ability to 'revert to default'.
Reverting to default kept you with the new black default, and attempting to change your color away from black simply changed it's hue.
The way that the main color changing coupon works in 3rd job is exactly how it's supposed to be working in 4th, it's just not doing that.
(Or wasn't doing that, the coupon was only back up for a day so I didn't get a chance to make a new Kaiser to test it)
