I guess you're right. I was just thinking of the way some other fantasy-type games have a Lancer or similar class like that. Sure, they can be comically oversized sometimes, but I think it can look cool if it's done right. And this is Maplestory anyway... you don't typically throw flames out of your sword either, but there you go.
