How is what we have now accurate when the only tweets/tumbles and conversation is just how "great" she is. Half of her haters would be gone in an instant if they didn't feel silenced.

Her points fail because the points are intrinsically flawed. Disintegrating a point of view based on the personality or the nature of the speaker is an ad hom. I do believe that she's a very blatant thief, but that is only true because I don't believe that her opinions or analysis merits anything close to the value that other initiatives the money could have gone into in order to benefit the public.
