It's a special shop item (At least it's on the gems part, like all those), produces 35 warus, stores 3000, has 400 aesthetic points... AND IT'S ONLY ON A 2x2 SIZE. That throws it off the charts with a 750 max waru per tile, filled in about hour and a half (oops... wrong math... It's actually around 14 hours... I guess it'll depend on how much you check (SCRATCH THAT TOO. Apparently it's one of the most efficient at producing too, if not the best, because it's x2 as efficient or more than a 3x3 building.)), the next house being at 555... Even if it's the most expensive, it has to be the best choice for efficiency.
