KMS 1.2.194 Aran Skill Changes & Co.

In regards to Xenon's damage formula, I'm seeing a 14%~15% difference in range between what it displays in game and what the old formula would've given me, so I'm thinking the new multiplier is around 1.3 or so, but I think Danny's also doing some number crunching, and he can probably do it better.

So yeah, Adventurer creation is blocked now.

This outta be good. The first time Explorers were blocked.
