Here's how you do all three:

what if i start the quest "For Zenumist", drop the notes, and re-acquire them. then, i will forfeit "For Zenumist", and start "For Alcando". drop the notes, re-acquire them, forfeit, start "For Phyllia". drop the notes, re-acquire them, end the quest "For Phyllia" since its the one i want to do.

Basically:

[*]Start "For Zemunist"
[*]Drop Dran's Notes
[*]Go to Alcaster and start/complete the quest "Re-Acquiring Dr. De Lang's Notes"
[*]Forfeit "For Zemunist"
[*]The three quests, "For Zemunist", "For Alcando", and "For Phyllia" will reappear in your "Available".
[*]Start "For Alcadno"
[*]Drop Dran's Notes
[*]Go to Alcaster and start/complete the quest "Re-Acquiring Dr. De Lang's Notes"
[*]Forfeit "For Alcadno"
[*]The three quests, "For Zemunist", "For Alcando", and "For Phyllia" will reappear in your "Available"

Instead of just finishing "For Zemunist", "For Alcando", or "For Phyllia" for one count, this method increases your count to four for the same quest because you will have "Re-Acquiring Dr. De Lang's Notes" counted three times and either "For Zemunist", "For Alcando", or "For Phyllia" finished.[/spoiler][/COLOR][/size]
