What? One of the first drow games in the east qualifiers had a drow that went frost arrow and silence over precision aura even for the first few levels. Didn't see the one today.
Also there is literally no situation where frost arrows are bad, even if you want lifesteal. It's a 60% slow without cooldown. I didn't see the game but i heard he got a lot of flak for his build. The only time would be if you wanted to AFK farm with drow, but that's nonsensical unless your enemy picked poorly leaving them with no way to get in your face and no way to outcarry you, in which case farm all you want. Drow is super strong with timings, but she's a pretty bad lategame carry as long as you drafted so that you can get in her face which nullifies her entire ulti.
