My current laptop freezes like hell at most towns except Aquarium. It's only when I go in that one room where Cassandra resides that I lag in Aquarium. I usually keep Task manager open to monitor my memory usage, and it indeed does skyrocket the instance I start going near Cassandra, Maple Admin, and Gaga.
However, when I go bossing on this laptop (notably, Empress Cygnus), I'm more fine in there with a full party than I am completely alone standing near Cassandra.
My previous laptop (HP Mini 311) gets no lag whatsoever anywhere. My i3 8GB Gateway desktop gets no lag anywhere, although it takes ~40 seconds just to load the damn game.
