They didn't arrest him, they asked him why he had it. Nothing was blown out of proportion except this story. I suggest you calm down and take a look at a more logical than emotional perspective.
It just pisses me off that this even made the news. Poor guy is in no way responsible for the attention that's inevitably going to be given to him.
