Yes, they include the same songs. My archives contain all dupes though, some are missing on SkyDrive I think, but those of course are negligible.
The main difference is that they are organized in the same structure as Slip's LOCATION/USAGE-list, which probably makes it easier to find songs for most.
I also tagged and named them consistently, including pretty much all info from the other lists and sources here. I hope that someone finds the COMMENTs useful, but that seems kind of like an advanced feature to me. I needed them a couple of times.
From a strictly downloading point of view, SkyDrive first has to create the archive with all the files which might take some time, and I think MediaFire is faster than SkyDrive.
